Youthful Killer Receives Life Imprisonment Sentence with Minimum 16-Year-Long Period
A teenage adolescent has been sentenced to life behind bars with a lowest duration of 16-year period for the killing of fellow student the victim during a lunch period.

The defendant pierced Harvey, who was also fifteen, into the cardiac area with a hunting knife at Sheffield's learning facility in the winter month.
Mrs Justice Naomi Ellenbogen revoked the anonymity limitation on the perpetrator during sentencing at the judicial building.
Family Statement
Caroline Willgoose expressed she felt "as if a heavy load has been taken off my shoulders" following the judgment.
Both youths had previously quarreled over social media in the period leading up to the deadly incident.
Caroline Willgoose stated she was relieved the minimum term had been set above the required minimum of 15 years.
"My dad has been undergoing cancer therapy through the legal process and he just couldn't continue any more," she stated.

Prior to the killing on the third of February, Khan and the deceased had adopted opposite sides in a separate disagreement between other pupils.
Security footage from the day of the incident revealed the killer moving toward the deceased in the outdoor area briefly after noon.
Observers detailed a scene of "chaos", with individuals "fleeing, yelling everywhere" during the violent encounter.
Judicial Process
During the court case, the accused claimed he had not planned to kill Harvey or cause him serious harm, stating he could not remember what had happened.
Prosecutors argued that he had "desired to prove he was tough" and "was aware exactly what he was doing".
"You were the aggressor and... you acted in distress and fury at what you viewed to be his disloyalty of your bond," declared the judge during the punishment phase.
Aftermath
The educational institution published a statement conveying that the student was "greatly mourned every single day by the entire educational community".
Investigators emphasized the devastating consequences of carrying weapons, observing that a "instantaneous action" can irreversibly alter various lives.
